Double Deck Roller Crusher Machine
Machine Description:- This machine is to loosen partially unstripped bunch after thresing, All empty bunches after thresher is fed into Roller Crusher which rejects only hard bunch.
- About 10-12% of the fruits attached to the unstripped bunch will detach
- The remaining fruitlets (80-90%) attached to the empty bunch after the roller crusher will detach in the thresher.
- Recovery rate Oil - 0.6% to FFB Kernel - 0.3-0.4 to FFB
- Total maintance cost : RM 0.03 / tonnes FFB processed
